Introduction to Smart Micro Breaker
Smart Micro Breaker is a highly integrated miniature circuit breaker for single-phase load metering and control. It uses magnetic latching relay and MCU technology while using the appearance and installation method of 1P miniature circuit breaker, breaking through the production and manufacturing process of traditional miniature circuit breakers. It integrates miniature circuit breakers (protection function), contactors (closing/breaking control function), electric meters (metering function) and RS-485 communication interface (bus communication function). It can replace existing miniature circuit breakers and be applied to low-voltage power distribution circuits to achieve overcurrent and short-circuit automatic breaking protection for electrical terminal equipment, remote automatic and on-site manual control of circuit closing/breaking (on-site manual control breaking is preferred), and can accurately measure single-phase AC voltage, current (true RMS measurement), active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency, active electricity, reactive electricity and other electrical parameters (provide peak and valley electricity parameters, and the controller needs to provide time period) and can realize field bus networking through RS-485 communication interface (realize remote telemetry and remote control).
Intelligent micro-breakers can be widely used in enterprises, campuses, street light control, smart homes and other fields. Used to monitor and remotely control the operation of electrical equipment.
